About Me ...

Hi, I’m Victoria Gross, founder of Premier Travel Companions. I live in Sarasota, Florida with my husband, and we have two amazing sons — Cody, who is training to be a pilot in the Air Force, and Tyler, who attends High Point University.

My passion for helping others began when I was 18 years old and became an Emergency Medical Technician. That passion led me to a 30+ year career as a firefighter paramedic, where caring for people during some of the most difficult moments in their lives became second nature to me.

Along the way, I also served as Vice President of a holistic medical office for four years, worked as a flight medic for two years, spent time as a travel agent, and traveled extensively throughout the country for over 15 years supporting my son’s lacrosse career. I also hold degrees in Business Administration and Paramedic Science.

When I retired from the fire department in 2021, I quickly realized I wasn’t ready to stop helping people. I missed making a difference in people’s lives and knew I still had more to give.

With my medical background, travel experience, and ability to handle logistics and planning, becoming a travel companion felt like the perfect next chapter. That’s why I started Premier Travel Companions — to help people travel with confidence, comfort, and peace of mind while creating meaningful memories along the way.
